That is an often asked, open-ended question. Similar to asking how much a car costs, without knowing what year, make, or model of the car, we cannot provide a tree removal cost without seeing what size the tree is, how close it is to power lines, if it is over a structure, or what equipment it will take to do the work safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. We offer FREE ESTIMATES, and also are happy to give advice and recommendations, based on our professional experience. For more information on our tree removal prices, give us a call at (870) 425-7110.
No. The state of Arkansas has no licensing for tree care. Anyone that says "licensed & insured" is actually just making themselves sound good, with an empty promise.
We are proud to say that we are members, in good standing with the Tree Care Industry Association, since 2011. For more information on this organization and what it takes to be a member, check out www.TCIA.org.
We are also in the process of getting one of our own employees certified with the International Society of Arboriculture, after which we will have an ISA certified arborist on staff. For more information on this organization, check out www.ISA-arbor.com.
No, a bond is not what most people think. Everything that needs to be covered is done so throughout the insurance policy. A bond pretty much ensures that if money is paid for the service, prior to the work being completed, the bond would repay the lost finances paid if work is not completed to satisfaction.
Clean Cut Tree Service Inc. does NOT accept or require payment prior to work being completed.
We accept CASH, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, and CREDIT CARDS, as forms of payment.
We do NOT use spikes for trimming or pruning. There are lots of so called "tree services" that use spikes and climb everything; however, spikes should only be used on removals, if at all. Tree spikes poke small holes in the tree all the way up and all the way down. The small holes, left from the spikes, can open your trees up to fungus, bugs, and premature decay. That is why we do 99.9% of ALL tree work without being in the tree at all.
Topping trees is a huge "DON'T DO" in the world of PROFESSIONAL tree care and preservation. We do not top trees.
We pride ourselves on working safely and keeping damage minimal, so that it is almost non existent. We go above and beyond by moving things (i.e. bird baths, yard decor, furniture, vehicles, etc.). We are also very careful about septic tanks, water and utility lines, sprinklers, and concrete or paver stone patios.
We work closely with you to communicate that WE MUST KNOW THE LOCATION OF ANY AND ALL OF THE HAZARDS! (ie: sprinklers, septic tanks, well heads, sprinkler lines, sprinkler heads and control valves, soft spots, fences, ELECTRIC LINES, and PROPERTY BOUNDARIES).
We can clean up and transport ALL of the the materials, SOME of the materials, or NONE of the material left over from the job site. It all depends on what the client would like to have done on their property, which will be documented on the ESTIMATE or BID document.
Yes. We can leave all large limbs (4"+ diameter) and logs for the client, either in large pieces or chunked in measured length for firewood, ready to split.
We sell SPLIT AND SEASONED firewood. However, we do not split or stack firewood on a job site.
There is no definitive answer for this question, as our work depends greatly upon weather and safe working conditions. We pride ourselves on being highly recommended and referred by the same clients. The best answer to this question is, the sooner we have you on the "TO-DO" list, the sooner we can get the job done.
